We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
