Aurivale is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aurivale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
